He started the first Casting Consultancy in Melbourne, was on the board of the Australian Film Institute and the Byron Film Studios, and was the inaugural President of the Casting Guild of Australia.
He was the first Casting Director to be invited to come onto the Fox Studios lot and featured in IF Magazines key article – ‘The Twenty Most Influential People in the Australian Film Industry’.
